Timothy Koerner

Mr. Koerner began his teaching journey in special education, earning a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Olivet Nazarene University in 2010. He later added a second bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DeVry University in 2016. With over 13 years of experience, Mr. Koerner is a dedicated educator joining our Junior High Mathematics Department this year to teach 6th and 7th grade Mathematics.

Outside of the classroom, Mr. Koerner's early fascination with aviation, stemming from a family tradition, led him to fly solo in an airplane before he could legally drive. He is also an accomplished artist, skilled in painting and sculpting. Prior to teaching, he worked in graphic design and web development. Continuously curious and passionate about learning, Mr. Koerner finds joy in both acquiring new knowledge and sharing it with others.
