Reminder: Daily Certification
Beginning on January 4th, the Student Covid-19 Certification form must be filled out every morning no later than 7:00am.
Step 1. Go to www.SG258.org
Step 2. Under the Student-Parent tab you will login to the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
Step 3. Click on the Forms Icon.
Step 4. Click on the blue Student COVID-19 form.
Step 5. Complete the form, and click submit.
All students who are returning to in person learning must complete this daily.
