Requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act are to be submitted to a FOIA Officer in writing via postal mail, fax, email, or in person at the address listed above.  No fee is charged for the first 50 pages of black and white, letter or legal sized copies.  The fee for additional copies is 15 cents per page.  Color and reproduction other than letter or legal will be charged at actual reproduction cost.
